Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

I develop Rise courses to sell as part of my business. It makes it easy to quickly produce beautiful and flowing online learning.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Finding quality design elements.
  • Flexible and adaptive presentation across all devices.

Cons

  • Community forums and discussion boards.
  • Submitting short-form answers that can be saved or viewed by HR or a training manager.
  • Lower cost. It’s insanely expensive.
  • Direct shopping or e-commerce integration.
  • Faster course creation
  • Easier collaborations
  • Greater customer access
I’m only using Rise but had embedded Storyline Blocks for certain functions.
I don’t find AI Assistant beneficial.
It takes time to learn it.

It’s ideal for instructional designers who are intimidated by technology. It isn’t ideal for smaller firms or companies who can’t afford the steep cost of Rise or other programs.
