Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Articulate Rise and Storyline to develop e-learning for dermatologists and internal staff. We create continuing medical education.

Pros

  • We save a lot of time with the "teams" features and templating
  • Rise has helped our "non designer" roles rapidly develop or assist
  • Review allows us to collaborate effectively with CMEs
I use Rise, Storyline, and Review mostly. We do not currently utilize Reach, but are exploring adding AI Assistant.
Customization of high-quality training content would be our overall goal in utilizing AI. However, our company is working on implementing an AI policy before we commit to AI paid tools.
It's very easy to learn and use. I regularly utilize the community, posts by Articulate employees on Linkedin, YouTube training, Linkedin Learning training, and the Articulate training sessions.
