Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360
Articulate 360 is used exclusively as our publication tool for the vast majority of our learning products. The suite offered provides us the ability to create, deploy and maintain learning content throughout all levels of the organization.
Pros
- Easily maintained
- Amazing levels of flexibility
- Easy to use
- Easy to create and work with templates
Cons
- Please allow disabling the auto hide feature for the video and audio players
- I would like to be able to trigger objects on different layers
- Have better control of the placement of Closed Captions
- More engaging content
- Easier to maintain
- Allow for the creation of flexible learning
Our workflows rely heavily on producing content in Storyline and hosting them on Review 360 for our approvals. Although we don't utilize Rise to it's fullest, we are experimenting with rapid content development.
Due our organization's governance, we are not able to utilize any AI features.
