Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We build elearning courses with Rise that are deployed on our customer facing LMS. We love the clean look and feel and ease of translations

Pros

  • Translations
  • Responsive design
  • Easy interactive elements
  • Clean look & feel

Cons

  • Team management is difficult (but improving)
  • Translation within video in Rise
  • Maintenance across languages (difficult to update / manage multiple COPIES of a course)
  • Mac desktop support for all apps
  • simpler / quicker course creation
  • decreased development time
  • decreased translation time
Unfortunately, we use Mac products, so we only use Rise and Review, which we really enjoy. The WIndows support of the other tools keeps up from even trying them.
We unfortunately cannot use the AI tool, per our enterprise IP guidelines.
Very easy to use for most products... but team features seem to often be an afterthought

Great tool to easily build content that matches our brand standards, and takes very little onboard training to manage.
