Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Web-based training, leadership training, systems trainings

Pros

  • Easy to pick up but grows with you
  • Works well with other software and LMS's
  • Works well with custom JavaScript

Cons

  • Text to speech is kinda butts compared to competitors
  • Need additional basic powerpoint functionality in terms of on-screen guides for spacing, arranging, etc.
  • Almost anything imaginable can be developed and put on screen which allows for a multitude of training approaches
Storyline for development and Review 360 for internal reviews. I really have no use for any of the other components of the Articulate 360 suite.
My organization won't flip the bill for AI Assistant yet.
Really, really easy to learn and use and develop skills for more advanced trainings.
It's literally better at everything. Except for text to speech, which is butts.

I have some complaints about Storyline but it's the best development tool out there. I would literally quit a job if they asked me to switch from Storyline to Captivate.
