Overall Satisfaction

We us Asana for both CRM purposes and project management. Being in a startup, we had a small team that used this product. On the CRM side, we found it as a useful database. We found it helpful when working with remote workers. We could track all progress by these employees while updating the new tasks at hand.

Asana differentiated themselves from these products being more built for the ins and outs of project management and CRM. I used these products for different purposes though so they are a little difficult to compare. Overall, Asana is a great fit for a company looking for a free service that is easy to use and implement.
The fact that the basic version of Asana is free can be a big deal. Also, the ease of use is key. I enjoy being able to use it on my laptop as well as my mobile when I am on the run. I would definitely renew my subscription.
Asana is built for small teams. It is especially useful for startups who are bootstrapping.
