Asana is being used by a select group in a department to ensure productivity stays on time and follows the workflow schedule.
Pros
- Asana is great at allowing multiple users to contribute and track progress
- Asana updates everyone when a change is made which is key to staying on top of everything
- Asana is also useful at reminding users of tasks to be handled on time
Cons
- It would be cool to maybe add some visual representation that can move around and placed in to categories or tasks moved to other lists.
- Maybe visually adjust fonts and sizes to focus on important data in tasks instead of them getting lost in paragraphs.
- We have seen the completion of 16 projects ahead of schedule.
- We have saved thousands of dollars in time and efforts with those projects being ahead of schedule.
