Overall Satisfaction with Asana
We use Asana as a lightweight project management and collaboration tool to track opportunities, project status, and RFP's. Team members are assigned opportunities to conduct due diligence and determine whether we will pursue the opportunity. Asana helps us stay organize and track projects by various categories.
- Workflow, assign tasks to team members.
- View and track comments according to task/project/etc.
- Asana is more of a lightweight task management/project management tool. If you're looking for robust PM capabilities, I would recommend Smartsheet or MS Project instead.
- Asana has helped us stay organized and track tasks, assign tasks to team members, view status, and collaborate outside of email.
I view Asana as a lightweight PM tool, more for task management and collaboration.
