Overall Satisfaction with Asana
Asana is being used by the whole firm to keep track of tasks on particular cases. In particular, we have a project for each active case and create tasks for each case. Those tasks are assigned to secretaries and attorneys at the firm. We use it as a single place to see everything that is being done to advance our cases. We also track deadlines.
- Allows managers to track assignments given to others
- Allows team members to see the current and future tasks on cases
- Allows team members to add tasks to the platform from email
- The calendar view showing due dates for tasks gets messy and hard to read
- Integration with email could be better, as many users did not like going to a separate website to view task management
- Assigning tasks to others and seeing the status of others' tasks
- Everyone on the team being able to add tasks to the projects
- Ability to see completed tasks as well as incomplete ones
- It helped me as the manager to keep track of the status of projects, but I couldn't get team buy-in to use it effectively, so I was spending a lot of time adding and checking off tasks
