Overall Satisfaction with Asana
We use ASANA as a project management software in our sales and installation department. The main purpose [of] ASANA in our business is to provide a systematic and scalable method to successfully complete anything from large or small scale sound system installations. It provides us with a way to templatise portions of our workflow into convenient sections of jobs that can be put together to form a larger plan.
- Functionality for multiple teams.
- Great mobile app that is very accessible.
- Good task management and delegation.
- Calendar view can show upcoming milestones.
- Automation is some what limiting in comparison to competitors.

- ASANA has given us a platform to build and refine efficiencies in our work flow
- Reduced costs of poorly planned work
- Created a track-able interface between designers and on-site staff
- monday.com, Todoist: To-Do List & Task Manager and Zoho Projects
We selected ASANA based on the feature set, and ease of rollout. monday.com had very good workflow automation but we found that ASANA was quicker and easier for staff to build a task eco-system that worked for them.
Zoho Projects was a very strong contender but was much more expensive and so ASANA was the more effective choice across the board.
