We use Asana to manage our to-do lists, tasks by client, and deadlines. We use it as a whole organization so everyone knows what we're working on, what is owed to clients and by when.
- Add and assign tasks
- Manage deadlines
- Keep multiple assignments, clients and projects organized
- Allows us to see what others are doing and their status on assignments
- Plan daily schedule
- I never had a CS rep check in with me to see how we're doing.
- Under Tasks I've Assigned to Others - hard to sort by what's still open versus closed.
- There is no offline use or app.
- More productive having every assignment, tasks, client deliverables in one place.
- Every night I know what is taking place the next morning and what the priorities are.
- My employees know what is expected from them.
