Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Asana for both managing marketing projects and managing calendars across our team. It is an efficient tool, very affordable and [there are] many ways you can use it. This means everyone can use Asana the way they want to and still be able to collaborate. It has easy tagging, preset templates, file sharing and so much more. Working from home, it was essential for us to have a tool like Asana to stay the course.

Basecamp and Microsoft Teams

Asana is by far the better system for us. Both Basecamp and Microsoft Teams flood you with reminders and email updates, whereas we are specifically trying to reduce emails. Asana is also very affordable and scalable for small teams.

Asana is an incredible project management tool especially if you are not a project manager. It allows you to stay organized, connected to your team, and on time, with little effort and some rewards like flying unicorns. We use Asana to manage large scale events and the tagging in Asana allows me to assign tasks to colleagues, include important deadlines such as recruitment emails in our content calendar so that there is not crossover, and add tags even for those that are not on Asana so we can track whether our sales team is available to attend events.
