Overall Satisfaction with Asana
Asana is being used to manage all of our tasks, project plans, and timelines. I personally use it to track my own tasks on a daily basis. This is also used as a project and team collaboration tool to track different tasks, mark milestones, assign the tasks to someone, and track them with due dates. Templates are also available, which makes it easier to duplicate the tasks and build on them rather than creating a project task from scratch.
- Reminders for me with a list of outstanding tasks
- Templates are very good to duplicate the project tasks and milestones
- Collaborators can be added at every level to follow or track the tasks
- Adding sub tasks--we have to open each task to get to the sub tasks
- Make it easier to add the details to the tasks without having to go into the tasks
- UI can be more user friendly
- Assigning and tracking tasks
- Project-management-related tasks and features
- Templates to duplicate and create new tasks
- Increased produtivity with respect to time with due dates and reminders
- One place to track updates on all tasks
- Information flow--all collaborators get the notifications on the updates
I have been using Smartsheet for a similar project management usage with a customer of ours. Asana is way better than Smartsheet with a much better user interface and experience.
