Overall Satisfaction with Asana

We use this for daily and project management across teams. We monitor all the projects we're working on, tracking the status and using the comments feature to flag delays etc. As a large team, we leverage it for capacity management, campaign management and daily task focus. This allows us to see who is working on what, and all staying on top of work that we're shipping. Asana is a great task management tool, with varying levels of detail that you can decide how to use - tags, etc. It's a great way to turn something complex into something easily understandable.

Great UI and easy to navigate. The interactions of the characters flying across screen when you've completed a task adds to the fun of the experience (and encourages you to get more done)!. The colouring for completed and incomplete tasks also easily shows you where you should be focusing. I like the ease of the UI, being able to navigate across various boards with tags and colour coded blocks.

Really happy with Asana - it's a great way for teams (at any scale) to collaborate and keep track of what they are working on. We use it for capacity management, project management and timeline tracking to ensure work is shipped at the right time to our customers. It's a great way to holistically see what's happening across your team, with the luxury of being able to dive into the detail.
