Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis

It is currently being used across the organization for time keeping purposes.
  • Helped to manage time better for employees and their supervisors.
[Selecting Ascentis] was mostly due to budgetary reasons as well as having a system that would allow some type of syncing between programs.
Most questions are answered in a timely manner and support staff is able to walk through problems and teach solutions as well.

Yes

I feel as though it is user friendly, but there is always room for improvement.
I think it provides some great features and ease of use, but harder to implement with other government software. It's a great product though and wish we could implement more of the features, but that depends largely on our yearly budget.
