Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence
Atlassian Confluence is currently used in the company for documentation. The roadmaps, technology, architecture, etc are documented in confluence. Atlassian Confluence provides nice templates for the creation of various artifacts. It has nice integration with the Jira Stack.

Atlassian Confluence is more intuitive than MS SharePoint, however, SharePoint has some reach features because of the MS integration with its tools stack.
