Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence
Atlassian Confluence serves as a centralized public knowledge base across the company, making information easily accessible to everyone. It is widely used for HR and company policies, cross-departmental processes, project briefs, and GTM strategies. In addition to these, some employees also use it to document their personal tasks, ensuring transparency and collaboration across teams and departments.
Pros
- Project briefs
- HR policies
- Process outline
Cons
- Editing documents isn't so stremlined
- Rules to create workspaces
- Search across the documents
- Cross-team alignment
- One source of truth for public policies and documentation
- A convenient tool for C-level managers who prefer not to be overwhelmed by project details.
- Notion
I prefer Notion, but the company’s policy doesn’t allow its use, so we rely on Atlassian Confluence instead
