- It needs improvement in regard to navigation and visual
- all the information is in one place, it is overwhelming
- they should make interactive buttons for friendly navigation
- Positive impact is the feature as a knowledge based tool
- Negative is the way of searching. It is not keyword based so you can't ask a question directy as well
