Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence

We use Atlassian Confluence as our knowledge-based tool. This is like our library where all the processes and information are stored. It answers all our questions with the policy and the process flow.

Pros

  • FAQ'S
  • Process flow
  • Tools Navigations
  • Policy and procedures

Cons

  • It needs improvement in regard to navigation and visual
  • all the information is in one place, it is overwhelming
  • they should make interactive buttons for friendly navigation
  • Positive impact is the feature as a knowledge based tool
  • Negative is the way of searching. It is not keyword based so you can't ask a question directy as well
It is okay for now but I experienced some other tool that is better than Atlassian Confluence. We use it as a knowledge-based tool as well but it was easier to navigate and the visual was interactive and pleasant to the eyes

it is well suited for our company since we are not that big like a corporation. For now, it serves it purpose as it is useful to us
