Overall Satisfaction with Atlassian Confluence
We create all the documentation for project and connect all the figma and jira ticket in it so we can preserve and shard the knowledge for our peers and for those who later joins the organisation. we use Atlassian Confluence for all the important conversation and track the changes if any are being done.
Pros
- we use it to document the functionality
- we also use it to share the authoring guide for clients to follow the steps
- we share the Atlassian Confluence pages and it helps us track the information
Cons
- the loading of the page there were times when we were stuck and the page doesn't gets load easily
- when we create a new page and select a template then it doesn't successfully create the new page all the times
- when we press ctrl+s or cmd+s then page gets publish (for me personally its annoying)
- the collaboration in Atlassian Confluence helps divide the work load that helps in better planning
- by dividing the workload the user have things in their hands that they can do extra which increment into added revenue
- the documentaion helps eliminate more people who are there to explain things rather check the documentation.
