Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

Avalara is being used across the entire organization to apply sales tax to our orders as well as filing the sales tax and cert capture. The program allows us to be accurate and not spend the time researching and changing tables within our invoicing system. The Avatax program works very well when serving multiple jurisdictions as a small company.

  • We have not had to have multiple people working on tax tables, we have a half a person dedicated to sales tax.
Avalara provides us the tool we need to do our tax and cert captures. I would say it is very easy to use, as our staff person was up and running on her own in approximately 1 month.

Avalara is the tax expert. You don't need one on staff, which is a huge benefit for the company.
