We would like a hot key in our accounting software to link to CertCapture.
Avalara is basic to use, but we are using it as a stand-alone product. I would like a more integrated product.
Yes, we use CertCapture. That is the only product we are using at this time.
Looked at TTR exemption management system. It was a nice product but more expensive than Avalara. We were familiar with Avalara and functions. Current certs not easily moved to another system.
CertCapture is a good product. AvaTax is not needed by our company as the majority of our sales are exempt. But we are interested in the new use tax product.
