Overall Satisfaction with Avalara

We use Avalara in our Net Suite ERP system to calculate taxes. We use Certcapture to house our exempt certificates and Avalara submits our monthly returns to the states in which we have Nexus.

  • File and pay tax returns to states.
  • Easier reporting website.
  • We have been very pleased with this product and how it has helped our business with the complexity of tax collection.
Implementation was very very easy. The implementation team knew our ERP system and walked us through each step.
We have had a very good experience with all tax collection being accomplished seamlessly.
