Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office

Primarily a reseller, but also a user. Easy to chat and collaborate with other users. A collab tool that also maintains e-faxing capability.

  • Wish there was a way to track status changes of colleagues.
  • Need easier calendar and meeting integrations for setting up meetings
  • Would love to be able to email a contact directly from the app (or at least an email/outlook pop-up).
  • Hard to measure - bills can be a surprise.
  • Inconsistent pricing from contract signing to adding new users
Avaya Cloud Office maintains important features that others do not (such as e-faxing). Can easily transfer a call from desktop phone, to mobile app seamlessly. More cost effective than Microsoft Teams once you factor in calling. More feature rich and reliable than Zoom or Webex.
