Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We use AVI-SPL as a Video Conferencing supplier and integrator.
We have lots of Conference rooms with old failing equipment, or new rooms with no equipment, AVI-SPL has been helping us upgrade/add equipment to these spaces.
This has ranged in rooms from huddle size to large conference rooms seating 1 to 50 people so far. And currently working on possible Auditorium projects off 100-300 people.

Pros
- Initial bids is well detailed
- bid is cost competitive
- good communication through process
Cons
- their commissioning of rooms has been sub par
- having the right person for the job
- sticking to timelines set in kickoff meetings
- using teams and zoom on Cisco units are helpful
- allows for more remote meetings where travel is not needed
- with Cisco units we are able to host/monitor all from one hub, instead of Poly which needs 2-3 things to manage and support.
Since Covid, Hybrid/remote meetings have become a reality in our Organization. Management has realized, they can cut costs on travel, office space and many other savings and utilizing a hybrid model of meeting.
The Cisco video units allow use to utilize Teams/Zoom and WebEx back to back meetings with out needing to switch settings, rooms or rebooting, as some other units require to support multiple calling platforms.

AVI-SPL has provided Cisco Room systems for our conference rooms. They are an integrator for use, not the actual product.
WE have decided to move solely to Cisco Room systems as it gives the best overall options, and BYOD is not needed, but it is supported if the need arises.
