Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®
BambooHR has been a valuable asset in creating up-to-date organisation charts which helps to monitor chains of command/line management for team members.
We have also leveraged the communications feature so that the People team can disseminate key company updates to the everyone via email & also log a reminder task in the BambooHR homepage for the next time you sign in (prompting a "mark as read" to ensure compliance!).
The time off request functionality and "who's out" option assist with planning resources for when colleagues are on annual leave/extended leave.
In the longer term, we aim to implement the performance review functionality
