Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

BambooHR has been a valuable asset in creating up-to-date organisation charts which helps to monitor chains of command/line management for team members.
We have also leveraged the communications feature so that the People team can disseminate key company updates to the everyone via email & also log a reminder task in the BambooHR homepage for the next time you sign in (prompting a "mark as read" to ensure compliance!).
The time off request functionality and "who's out" option assist with planning resources for when colleagues are on annual leave/extended leave.
In the longer term, we aim to implement the performance review functionality

User interface is simple, clean and easy to navigate.
There are no confusing items to distract you or cause you to get lost, all is clearly marked.

As a start-up company, we have been able to utilise a large majority of the features offered by the BambooHR platform and look forward to expanding its use in the very near future.
