Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our agency uses Basecamp exclusively to manage projects and workflow. It allows us to track progress on tasks and work in a way that incorporates visual rendering of varied media. It became especially essential to us when teams were forced to work remotely. We had a seamless transition due to the efficiency of Basecamp being a remote work option. We are pretty content with its functionality.

Google Drive

I would say Basecamp offers a more centralized space compared to Google Drive. Everything is right there as opposed to different areas of the software.

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for remote work. If you don't take care to clean up your folders [they] can quickly become cluttered. It would be nice if there was some sort of timer integrated to track how long things take to do. I know Basecamp is compatible with Toggl but to have an option already available would be a nice bonus for teams who have to maintain a certain time for certain accounts.
