Keep your projects organized and all in one place with Basecamp.
Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
For internal and client-facing project management, Basecamp does the
trick! You can set and assign tasks with deadlines to specific people and keep all documents and correspondence in one place. You control what the client sees at all times. You can tie it in with Harvest or other time-tracking
apps. The only thing missing is CRM and invoicing capabilities.

Pros
- Project Management.
- Task Assignment.
- Document keeping.
Cons
- CRM would be helpful.
- Invoicing directly from a project would be great.
- It has helped keep every project organized, with all assets in one accessible place for everyone involved.
- It has helped with scheduling and assigning tasks so that everyone knows what is expected of them.
- It has helped keep all client correspondence in one place and within the project so that everything can be found immediately.
- The search function is very helpful.
Each platform has pros and cons. We ultimately switched away from Kantata (formerly Mavenlink) because our clients were more familiar with Basecamp.
