Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BigCommerce (BC) as our e-commerce site. We sell our product through it. Our website and most of our marketing strategies are connected in BigCommerce. We access our email marketing strategy, track our sales, and use the shipping method through BC. It solves our business problem of keeping everything in one place.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I like the home screen. It shows my products that are in low numbers, it shows any messages I have, and it gives great insight to our website traffic and sales.
I like the easy to use side bar. It’s so easy to find what I am looking for.
I love the customer support. I have called and used the online chat for when I have questions. The people have always been super helpful.

Cons

I wish the social media could connect more.

We love the stats that are shown on the home screen of our site. It’s easy to understand and easy to create solutions.

Likelihood to Recommend

BigCommerce is the only e-commerce site I have experience with. So I do not have much to compare it on. But so far it has been a great experience. All of my questions have been answered and I have figured everything else out on my own because it is all pretty straightforward.
