Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use BigCommerce to run our entire company website and online store. It is easy to add products and integrates very well with other third-party services for the few features it does not include.
- Getting up and running in a very short amount of time
- Hundreds of easily customized templates
- Inventory management
- Integration with just about everything
- Some basic features such as advertising banners require a third party service.
- The built in search engine is basic and not configurable, this is an issue if your SKU from different suppliers follow a different format.
- Huge cost savings for features that are expensive to build

Cost and features were better with BigCommerce, plus one of our suppliers uses BigCommerce to run their store. That makes inventory export and import much easier.
