Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use BigCommerce to run our entire company website and online store. It is easy to add products and integrates very well with other third-party services for the few features it does not include.

Pros

  • Getting up and running in a very short amount of time
  • Hundreds of easily customized templates
  • Inventory management
  • Integration with just about everything

Cons

  • Some basic features such as advertising banners require a third party service.
  • The built in search engine is basic and not configurable, this is an issue if your SKU from different suppliers follow a different format.
  • Huge cost savings for features that are expensive to build
$500,000 to $1 million
Scales well beyond our needs, I am sure this would easily support a much larger business operation.
Cost and features were better with BigCommerce, plus one of our suppliers uses BigCommerce to run their store. That makes inventory export and import much easier.
