Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use BigCommerce to power our website.

Pros

  • They have great stencil platforms
  • They are user friendly
  • Good customer support

Cons

  • Searching product list is hit or miss. Sometimes it just doesn't work.
  • Linking YouTube videos to product listings is very inconsistent.
  • Copy product listing feature sometime just doesn't work. The screen tries to load but goes nowhere.
  • BigCommerce has allowed us to get more revenue by receiving orders on the website rather than through eBay and Amazon.
  • Having product options has increased the total selling price for many of our listing.
$1 to $10 million
I think BigCommerce has the capability to allow any size product catalog to maximize their revenue.
We customize just about every page of the BigCommerce stencil pages. They are very easy to use.
BigCommerce is a great platform for anyone wanting a good looking user friendly website that does not know how to build one from the ground up.
