Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use BigCommerce in our gift hamper business. As our business is exclusively online, we are totally reliant on BigCommerce to showcase, market, sell our products, and fulfill orders.

It has helped us scale to a certain point, and now we have to consider upgrading our entire store to a new theme, which is a significant cost.
We integrate the store with Facebook and Instagram, but have not promoted this enough to show a measurable ROI yet.
We are continuing to use BigCommerce because it works for us right now. However, given that we are required to invest in a new theme, which effectively involves building a brand new store, we are also considering other options right now.
