Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We used BigCommerce to create a store that both our B2B and B2C customers could use to easily get the products they need. The problem it was supposed to address was being able to sync transactions between our web site and our ERP system. The difficulty of customization and the slow response from their support has been a challenge.

- Spending lots of time fit BigCommerce to our needs has outweighed any benefit. it has never felt like a completed project.

We are using the open APIs to connect to our ERP and website but again the issues with customization have been a challenge. Too many issues with the syncs breaking and accounts being deactivated from a bad sync or email address change. Trying to get BigCommerce to work for us has been like trying to herd cats.
We are moving away from BigCommerce. It has not met our needs.
