Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone

We are using the AntiVirus module to ensure all devices are secure and protected. Our devices are cloud-based and deployed on a global scale.

Pros

  • keeps our devices safe and secure
  • multiple OS support
  • easy to update, manage and deploy
  • works globally

Cons

  • can be difficult to uninstall
  • some devices seem to skip updates
  • support team are not very quick in helping
  • Helps us to meet our cyber insurance regulations
  • keeps our machines safe from virus and infection - more devices trading
  • isn't too resourec intensive, allowing staff to be more active whilst scans are completed in the background.
Very simple to use from both user and Admin side. The Bitdefender GravityZone portal is very intuitive and is a pleasure to work with.
Bitdefender GravityZone was the best for both ease of use and cost. Their pricing model outweigh most others as its a very low cost per unit per month.

It is well suited for small to medium business that are looking for a cloud-managed AntiVirus. We centrally manage the AV, policies and updates from UK for a global scale operation - 1 portal for all devices with connections that aren't reliant on anything but web connectivity. Super simple and easy to manage.
