Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
We use eTaspestry to manage our donor database, send donor receipts, and other CRM functions. It is very difficult to use, too cumbersome and the technology for many of its uses is not modern. Too difficult to pull data.

- Email options to be updated.
- Cleaner and simpler integration for donors.
- Receipting
- The cost continues to rise with zero improvements, we would leave if we did not have so many recurring donors to move over to a new system.
A much cleaner and easy to use product. More effective for staff to dig into data and information they need for their departments.
