Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT has been very useful to our major gift officers as they research, cultivate and solicit prospective donors. We have also used it to upgrade our financial reports.
  • Easy to view donor information for gift officers
  • Easily able to use map drawing feature to segment alumni and donor pools
  • Donor lists
  • Need to add all of the functions currently available in database view
  • Map - easy to use
  • User friendly to view donor records
  • Most of the features we use are also available in database view
Provide easy to access donor/prospect data for gift officer use, along with detailed reporting

I would prefer in-person training for the certification process as there are too many distractions when I attempt to complete online classes in the office

We upgraded to NXT when it became available so that our gift officers would have more user-friendly data

Quick reports for gift officers to pull themselves. Not very good for pulling lists for mailings.
