Overall Satisfaction with BlackLine
UMC utilizes the Journals, Accounts, Tasks, and Transaction Matching products in Blackline. These products allow us to automate and make our close process more efficient. We have eliminated the manual process of documentation, review, and approval and have eliminated mounds of paper and shelves with binders. We have also given access to our external auditors which has made the audit process more efficient.

Blackline is easy to use. Can add users and put them to work immediately with minimal training. Blackline U is easy to use to complete additional training if needed.
Blackline support responds quickly and ensures the resolution of any issues. Account managers are always in touch to make sure users are getting the most out of Blackline.
