We use Box to share PowerPoint presentations, submittal documents, and other sales and marketing tools with the sales team that we would not post on our website for customers to see. Box allows us to keep documents up to date and allows sales reps from around the world to download, edit and use.

I was not involved with the selection of Box by our international sales team. However, I use Google Drive and Dropbox quite often. Box seems to have more features than Dropbox but is not as easy to use nor as mobile friendly as Google Drive. I would recommend Box to others.
