Box is being used unilaterally across the university providing a secure file sharing platform for staff. Box provides a quick, secure medium to share documents with colleagues, with the capability to show real-time updates, manage version control, with accessibility from any computer. I have the capability to create text documents, spreadsheets and presentations to multiple collaborates at the touch of a button.

- Security authentication for documents.

- Positive: Real-time document access.
- Positive: Telecommuting capabilities across multiple campuses, locations, etc.
- Positive: Portability of documents through cloud storage/management.
Box is more widely used within my organization. This allows me to reach out to peers, collaborates and managers knowing that documents in Box are securely accessed.
