Overall Satisfaction with Branch

Branch is the linking platform for ALT - every link that is clicked is a Branch link. As a deep linking provider, Branch links help ALT take users to the preferred endpoints we want across desktop and mobile. We also leverage Branch's data to understand our customers across all platforms - specifically plugging it into our Amplitude instance for richer insights.
  • deep linking
  • mobile attribution
  • integrating with other tools
  • easy to use dashboard with no "User" limits
  • simple UI
  • Easier link configuration.
  • Clearer depictions of what's being tracked where in terms of data.
  • Clearer callouts on what is going to be a "deep link" vs a normal marketing link.
  • Core linking platform.
  • Journeys banners.
  • Data integrations into Amplitude.
  • Easy link creation with "quick links."
  • Free linking platform is an infinite ROI (less implementation time needed).
  • Organic app acquisition improved with web to app banners, lowering CAC.
  • Better advertising attribution on mobile has led to stronger campaign ROI.
Branch's links are the most consistent in the mobile space. They work across desktop and mobile, where AppsFlyer and Deeplink's didn't consistently perform in both places. Branch's measurement is more consistent across all customer touch points as well, which gives our marketing and growth teams the answers they need without any struggle.

Do you think Branch delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Branch's feature set?

Yes

Did Branch live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Branch go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Branch again?

Yes

Branch is the gold standard linking platform - other services like AppsFlyer or bit.ly aren't able to deliver the consistency Branch does. It is a developer platform as well, so your engineering team will be able to sink its teeth into many different use cases without worrying about how to "hack" it. I believe Branch can continue to become a simpler tool going forward, but the fact that it has a free tier and seeks to fit into YOUR tech stack makes it the easy choice
