Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We are using Braze in my organization through the CRM department. We are using the platform to create retention and engage our users from the APP and Web. We are sending the canvases to send app push notifications and emails for around 20 countries trying to maximise as much as possible the personalization.

We are using the segmentation a lot, it helps us to personalize, send the right message at the right time and the right person. We can also easily A/B test and use the intelligent timing to optimize the campaigns.
Braze is not a mailing platform so we can do cross channel campaigns. Plus, the creation of canvases is really easy thanks to their documentations and help. We have many way of personalization and also have analytic information to monitor our data and manage performances.
