Overall Satisfaction with Braze

Stella uses Braze for all customer communications. The platform meets all of our needs & is super flexible. It was easy to integrate with our other systems. Using Braze is very intuitive. Braze's support team responds quickly & is always thorough – from implementation to project-specific questions, they've been an enormous help. If you're looking for a new customer engagement solution, you should consider Braze.

Implementation was straightforward. Maintaining & adding integrations has been easy to do, too.
Data integration & customer segmentation are two features we couldn't live without. In Braze, we can use data from different sources with ease.
We evaluated several customer engagement platforms, each with pros and cons. Braze is the best option for us as the business evolves & scales.
