Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We use it for sending out of eDM as well as create campaigns for abandoned cart and browse. We also use it to check on the customer profile. It is also used as a platform to send out messages on the app as well as SMS. It help as a single source of platform for our organic direct marketing and to track the conversions as well as maintaining of the customer database.
