Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze primarily to create and deliver targeted communications through content cards, enabling personalized and timely engagement with our users. Braze helps us solve the challenge of reaching the right audience with the right message at the right moment. By leveraging its segmentation and personalization capabilities, we're able to drive user engagement, increase retention, and support key business goals across lifecycle marketing. Our use case focuses on owned channels, particularly in-app messaging, to deliver contextual content that aligns with user behavior and preferences.

Braze makes campaign creation and management intuitive, enabling seamless personalization of user journeys and streamlined data collection. Their support team is highly responsive. However, some advanced features have a steep learning curve, and occasional platform updates can temporarily disrupt workflows
Using Braze’s cross-channel functionality, we’re able to deliver coordinated messages across email, push, SMS, and in-app—guiding users from onboarding through to their first purchase and beyond. This consistent messaging has improved conversion rates and helped lower our customer acquisition costs
Braze was built with mobile at its core, offering strong support for push, in-app messaging, and mobile SDKs ideal for app-driven businesses. Iterable, while solid in email and web, is generally less mobile-native by comparison

Utilizing Braze for user onboarding activation is ideal, for example when a new user signs up but hasn’t completed identity verification or added a payment method, Braze can send a series of nudges via email, SMS, and in-app messaging. Braze is not ideal for highly regulated financial communications. hese require stringent compliance and audit trails, which may be better handled through core banking systems or platforms built for financial record-keeping
