Overall Satisfaction with Braze

I use Braze primarily for engagement marketing campaigns via email, push notification, in-app message, SMS, and content card. These campaigns are meant to encourage our customers to engage more with features of our digital farming platform called "FieldView", and ultimately use it to capture planting, spray application, and harvest data.

Braze ingests our customers' data so well that it easily enables us to craft relevant, personalized, and timely campaigns across various channels. It's easier to build segments, choose between HTML and drag-and-drop templates, and navigate between workspaces, track users' engagements, etc. And whenever something is wrong in the set-up of a campaign, there is a warning sign, which is also very helpful.
With Braze journey orchestration, we've been able to successfully walk our new users through their onboarding steps to ensure that they're well set up for success with our platform. Through Braze Canvas, we have the ability to get campaigns automatically triggered whenever a step is not complete by a new user, which is very helpful.
Unlike MailChimp, Braze goes beyond just email and SMS as communication channels. With communication channels like push notification, in-app message, and content card, Braze is clearly a superior platform for customer engagement. Also, Braze offers more options for dynamic contents, allowing marketers to generate well personalized and relevant campaigns for their target segments.

Braze is great for scenarios like multi-step/multi-channel onboarding campaigns to ensure that your new users go through all the necessary steps. Also, with channels like content card, it's great for promoting features, discount offers, or events for a certain period (up to 30 days) directly in your platform's app.
