Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We use Braze to nurture leads into customers. We are an insurtech brand with four verticals and utilize one workspace to manage users and track their engagement. We primarily use email to target them. We utilize Braze's connected content to streamline our workload, specifically in terms of email template creation and canvas simplification.
Pros
- Dynamic canvas creation, ability to add various tracking, content, and other forms of monitoring and engaging with users. The ability to update attributes and filter by events or attributes to send messages is amazing.
- Connected content in template creation and canvas sending.
- Easy to use format and layout, super fast processing.
Cons
- Deleting users via API, works but is cumbersome to set up.
- Viewing users via segment, I would prefer to see email and UUID instead of their name in the preview.
- Increased email content sends from 8 to 140 emails in 1 month.
We have successfully marketed to users across four verticals and created real-time, highly personalized content based on user attributes and events.
Active Campaign is not in the list, but in general, it is significantly less powerful and requires a subscription and add-on pricing structure, which is not good for a start-up in a scale-up phase. Braze is well-suited for long-term growth and scaling from a small to a large company.
