Overall Satisfaction with Braze
We use Braze to send emails, push notifications, and in-app messages. These are usually our “business as usual” communications that are sent out at least 4 days each week, localized in 5 different languages and 2 genders. We have also used it as a testing ground for predictive algorithms.
Pros
- Integrate with our website data via custom attributes.
- Sends out messages as expected for all email providers.
- Nest content blocks.
Cons
- Canvases and campaigns should have the same export structure.
- Everything could be more intuitive.
- There could be more support for liquid personalization within the product.
- Reduced build time due to automation possibilities.
- Increased engagement and revenue through personalization.
- Increased engagement since testing is easy to do in Braze.
We currently don’t use this very much at our company. We have numerous technical limitations at our company, which means we don’t have many data points available in Braze. This may be a downside as it means Braze cannot be maximized unless your tech team is heavily involved.
