Overall Satisfaction with Braze

I use Braze to locate information directly related to customers accounts such as coupon codes they have been sent, emails, app and browser updates to assist with troubleshooting

Pros

  • Easy to navigate and locate what I need
  • A lot of information in one place
  • Simplicity

Cons

  • Unable to click into emails and view the details
Easy to locate what I am needing once I figured it out. At first it took me some time to locate what I had access to.
I am in a customer success role so do not have access to a lot of features on Braze that these features are associated with

I do not have full access to everything Braze offers but what I do use is easy to navigate and locate the information
