Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to send marketing and transactional emails to all audience segments, active and inactive. We use all available channels.

Pros

  • Drag and Drop Templates.
  • Report Generation.
  • Premade SQL templates.

Cons

  • Audience building: very limited in complexity.
  • Experiments: very hard to generate conversion-level results using report builder.
  • UI: I hate the Canvas UI.
  • Cohesive customer experience.
  • Multichannel experience.
  • Insight into audience behavior and characteristics; funnel reporting.
UI is not great. I would also say that it's very easy to miss some details, like step-level experiment windows. I also think that their customer support should be a chat service with faster turnaround times.
We haven't used this yet.
Braze is better for template building.
