Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

It was overall a positive process but there were some issues that took longer than expected to smooth out - especially EDI order implementation.
Very responsive and usually knowledgeable. Again, they lack a little bit on technical accounting and reporting questions.
Brightpearl is used across our organization for logistics, ops, and accounting. It makes the flow of orders much more seamless and is a place for all people to see business details.

  • Sometimes lacks flexibility to correct receipt of inventory and invoicing of POs
  • Very positive. Has allowed for everyone to keep a beat on many aspects of the business and has also made order flows much more seamless and efficient.
We previously used QuickBooks and basically manual spreadsheet processes for order processing with our warehouse. This is a night and day improvement.
It's great for order fulfillment and integration with a warehouse. It is getting better on the accounting and finance front.
