Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

We had to hire a developer to have it integrated with Salesforce. I think looking back, we would have liked the integration to be easier for our team to do ourselves. Other than that I do not have any other key insights regarding implementation of Brightpearl.
Sometimes customer service is very hard to reach. When they finally are reached, it usually takes 24-48 hours for someone to respond to your question or get back to you regarding the issue you have submitted.
We currently use Brightpearl across the whole organization. We use it for inventory purposes, sales tools, and production processes. We are also currently using it with an integration with Salesforce. We have used a private developer to make the integration take place.

Cons

  • Customer Support easier to contact
  • Auto Save function
  • Advanced Search Bar
  • Helps with tracking inventory
  • Created easier selling
  • The selling objectives allow it for the sales team to communicate easier.
I think brightpearl is a little out of date compared to some of the newer platforms out there. We are a smaller institution so it works for us but if we were to get any bigger I think we would consider a different option.
I think Brightpearl is well suited for smaller companies. I think it is less suitable for larger institutions.
